Im not a particularly superstitious person but I’ve always had a good luck charm in my vehicles. Most people I know have some variation on it.(A pendant, something from a relative etc.)
Here in the Lexus it’s a Cubic Zirconia earing found under the cars carpet from who knows how many owners ago. Do you have one?

Our last car came with an unidentified charm attached to the drivers visor. I thought about removing it, but since I was completely unfamiliar with it’s orgin and someone had obviously placed it there for a good reason I decided to leave it. I can use all of the good luck I can get.
I left it in the car when we traded it in.
Our most recent vehicular acquisition came with a Remembrance Day Poppy attached to the drivers visor, which I have left there in remembrance.

The previous owner had this little Playboy Bunny sticker covering up a hole in the pleather. The adhesive finally gave out over the summer so it just sits in the glove box.
I was never really a fan of it but I can’t seem to get rid of it either.

There’s no really anything in the Galant. But I’ve always has a small stuffed animal, or actin figure of some sort on or in my dashboard. For a long time it was a little sheep that came from a friend’s happy meal and hung out in th CD tray under the radio. I had it in 3 or 4 Cars. But I lost it at some point. Before that I had an Ash Ketchum figure hanging from my mirror.

Pricey! I guess it’s a lot easier with a Miata.... My bar with integrated harness bar was around 1k shipped, and that’s the absolute high-end of the market.
You’re in California right? Give Moti a call sometime, you’ll have a tough time finding better work, or more creative solutions to whatever issues you may want to avoid.

No. I had a little plastic lizard in a storage cubby on the dashboard but that went missing about 2 months ago.

I could get a Cusco cage for $750. It would be expensive because it would need to be custom. The photos of the kits don’t fit well, and since I have no interior they would be esspecially bad. If i get one i want it to be tied to the chassis on more than just the floor.
But I’ve done the next best thing(for very little money) and seam welded the door jams, A-B pillars, and crash structure immediately ahead of the door(but before the shock tower to preserve the crumple zone)

Mine is my shift knob - a World Rally Championship stainless steel ball shift knob etched with the WRC logo. It was given to me by a good friend back in university. It’s been in all of my cars (all two of them), and I intend to have it in every manual car I can own over my lifetime! It has a nice worn-in patina to it. :)
Though it didn’t protect me from my $1300 black ice incident back in January 2016 :/ lol!

I don’t mean that these thing will bring luck but they are things you don’t ever need to have hanging(or bolted, stuck, whatever the case may be) on your car bit you keep them anyway. A lucky charm is the easiest way to describe that.
